This allowed the owner to essentially have two colored shirts in one by simply turning it inside out. Originally designed for the U.S. Navy by salesman Herman Bieber, this style found it’s greatest success as part of school PE uniforms helping facilitate the making of teams. Modt of these shirts are decorated with school PE insignia on only one side with the tag sewn into the bottom hem.” It’s not for sale.
